Ms. So-and-So: oh, im tall, slim, long hair – and will be carrying a LV handbag
Lee: [biting his tongue from saying anything immediately nasty] okay.

[at venue; KLCC - dome entrance]

Lee: Excuse me are you Ms. So-and-So?
Ms. So-and-So: [raises morepreciousthanGold LV handbag to Lee's eye-view] this is my LV handbag.

Lee: [relating the story to me at dinner] CAN YOU IMAGINE? SHE INTRODUCED HER HANDBAG TO ME.

Lady, pls! go out and get the classic “Grace Kelly” bag from Hermès; especially the crocodile model with diamond-encrusted platinum fittings [goes for USD$80,000 ] before shoving it into people’s face. Tsk tsk -

I am very thankful to my father who brought the VCR into the family. My sisters, my brother and i grew up watching technicolour videos, loving every bit of Jerry Lewis & Dean Martin duo combo and the hillarious Bat Lady (Shirley MacLaine) dancing to Innamorata, on the roof top in the movie: Artistes & Models [the other one i love is Holllywood or Bust]:

Innamorata – by Dean Martin

If our lips should meet Innamorata
Kiss me kiss me sweet Innamorata
Hold me close and say you’re mine
With a love as warm as wine
I’m at heaven’s door Innamorata
Want you more and more Innamorata
You’re a symphony
the very beautiful sonanta my Innamorata
Say that you’re my sweetheart, my love

You’re a symphony the very beautiful sonanta my Innamorata
Say that you’re my sweetheart, my one and only sweetheart
Say that you’re my sweetheart, my love

Timbuk2 got it made! They probably noticed that someone like me is very particular with the bags i carry on me. BAG IT! Lets go Urban. Okay i have obsession with bags. Not overtly but i know a good bag when i see one. It dresses me. It must go together with the clothes i wear and thanks to TechTV, i’m going to be designing a gorgeous messenger bag call it my own! No wait, i’m going to be in that webpage a lot. I love their stuff. They’ve got Yoga bags, laptop bags (i’ve been looking for a very chic laptop bag!!) and I’m currently making my own graphic messenger bag.

Size: Small with a New York Montage graphic right in the middle with primer grey with dull mustard yellow strap-pad, strap pouch and a black small phone holster. Go to Timbuk2.com people, and make a bag everyone wants and could not find elsewhere. Did you see the strap that goes with the bag? Nice thick and fat, not those skinny straps bags have here in Kota Raya. Minimum price is USD$60. Mine’s USD$115. Okay pricey, but doesnt matter. Cause hopefully no one’s gonna have the same one as mine. Now – question: will my pretty bag carry my 2.5kg laptop?

maybe i should be looking into the laptop bags instead…

but i cant tear away from the messenger bags. yummy! yes bag it! Fitness First cld learn something abt good looking gym bags here.

oh and you know what? i can make it a lefthanded bag. YAY!! hurray for sensitive people in Timbuk2.

The Reading taken from the Book of Genesis 19:34

April 13, 2004 · 2 Comments

Reading the Old Testament is like reading Ovid really; stories upon often-dark stories of biblical figures; whose recorded human nature is more disturbing and problematic than today’s youth. I have always wanted to write a piece like this, having spent my childhood years reading the Bible. Where Iain MacWhirter [article The Good Book by Iain MacWhirter on The Sunday Herald] had navigated me to read, i’ve read before and never really found anyone who understands the confusions i had and questions i want answered; when reading the good book. This article i found from the blog Armorous Propensities: Sex is funny, Sex is Sad highlighted the incident of Lot in Sodom and its after-effect:

Lot keeps a house in Sodom, and is visited by two angels seeking refuge. However, a large group of Sodomite men come and besiege Lot’s house demanding to have sexual intercourse with the angels. Lot bars their way and tells them: “Look, I have two daughters who have never slept with a man. Let me bring them to you and you can do what you like with them” (Genesis 18:20). The Sodomite men aren’t interested in Lot’s virgins, and burst into his house, after which the angels turn them all blind. God tells Lot and his family to flee and not look back. But of course, his wife doesn’t listen and meets her salty end.

Thereafter, Lot hides in the mountains with his two daughters. Bored without male company, they get their father drunk and each has sex with him. Lot’s daughter becomes pregnant with Moab, father of the Moabites and Ben Ammi, father of the Ammonites (Genesis 19:34).
